Remember when your Mom said to you “If everyone jumped off a bridge, would you do it!” I always appreciated this saying because I was the reason people jumped.” My -thrills come from encouraging others to do things. It started out for selfish reasons. I didn’t want to do things alone and bringing friends along was fun!! It gained me a tribe from little on. I didn’t realize how much I enjoyed doing this until I started a fitness company and began inspired hundreds of women to become more confident while improving their health. Influencing people to try new things or join me doing my favorite things is a true passion. I like to test the waters and see how far I can push it!! Your mom knows I don’t have a filter and it’s hard for me to lie, but she also figured out I am really good at asking for forgiveness. She loves me because I have your back, I hustle and family is a priority but she’s cautious because I’m too much fun. She knows I am Hospitable AF because my college degree is in Hospitality Management and I throw lots of parties. Including a yearly Birthday Party for myself. Your mom asked if she can be your date to my party! You said No, I said BRING HER! I want to include everyone in everything. When I fall in LOVE, it’s hard and fast and sometime as fast as it comes, it goes. Though I’m up for most anything, a few things in my life are always consistent. I like routines, an early bed time, real food, daily sweat sessions, hugs and alone time but grabbing the room’s attention and getting everyone to do “all the things” is my calling. Your mom will read this blog and laugh, you will read this blog and get inspired. You might hide it from your kids but all content is Grandma approved and, by that, I mean if my Grandma was still alive I’d have her proof read it! Let’s be clear, I am NOT an English professor, a Doctor or some elite athlete, I am just a girl- LIVING IT UP and encouraging you to do the same!!! Tell your Mom, the water is refreshing and the bridge isn’t that high!! Jump in- and live it up with me!
