I called Tevi as I backed out of Allie’s driveway – freezing, but the sunshine was shining on my face – and I felt great. I said, “I’m leaving my psychic reading, I was there for two hours, it was so awesome and I’m hungry.” He goes, “Two hours?” Yes, 120 minutes – plus a little bonus time to talk business – and it literally felt like a second! I’d been giddy about my upcoming session with Allie Maurer all weekend; I love psychic readings, find out why here! This session was different than my past reading, because this time I was also doing an energy healing, too. I knew Allie offered this service but I had no idea what it was. I tried Reiki once and it was fine. I didn’t love it enough to go back. And then, while I was pregnant with Ruby, I tried healing touch. That’s another form of energy work; again, it was fine but I never went back. My expertise in hands-off energy work are slim to none. I thought I should try it again, with Allie, because I love new experiences and I signed up!

I went into our session with a few questions but also my usual open mind! “Dear spirt guides, angels, higher self and Mrs. Allie, tell me what I need to know to be cooler, happier, healthier, more badass and connect. Also fill me in on what path I should sprint down next (this is my typical request while meditating, too!)
I sat down with Allie and she went to town! She started speaking 100 miles an hour, words flying at me. My pen hit the paper and I’m writing, quickly but not nearly fast enough. I can hardly spell so every other word is gibberish. I often had to ask her to repeat herself or give me more clarity. Allie is super smart! Energy words, the names of angels, moon phases, crystals, things to Google….it all comes at ya quick! But when you need clarification, she gives it! I’ve learned a ton in our five encounters, including participating in the two workshops she hosted at SIU! Those workshops were about raising our vibration and moon phases, and were both filled with tons of information. Coming January 4, learn how to Manifest with Allie, plus get a private reading and put your manifestation into creation while making a vision board with me!!! It’s going to be an amazing way to start 2020!!
In my session with Allie I learned a lot of things. She touched on several topics I have been thinking about.
Here are a few things that came up:
*How can I make life more authentic to me? (My guides and angels want me to figure this out!)
*Let things go that are burdensome. (What can I get rid of or clear out things that aren’t serving me physically, emotionally, mentally?)
*Purification- Sage my house and space.
*If you are running into blocks, it might be timing. Try again later. (Good to know!)
*Connect to the earth and get grounded. (I’m flying high all the time, so I constantly need to find my feet, aka. Get out in nature, hang with plants, eat root vegetables, do walking meditations ….the list goes on.)
*Let go of old stories, take the wisdom or lesson and move on! (This shows up in every reading! I hold on to shit far too long!)
*Worry about yourself and not others. Protect your energy.
*Drink water. (EVERYONE TELLS ME TO DRINK WATER!!)
Ok, now for the coolest ones:
*Risk & Reward – Sacrifice things to get other things! I’d like to explain. I am in the process of wanting to do something really cool for SIU. It takes risk, but I want the reward! I couldn’t believe this context came up. Taking a risk is scary, but I need to let go of fear and jump the fuck in! Sometimes you have to risk it all for the reward! I loved that she picked up on this!!!
*Be lighthearted! This has come up in almost every reading I have had! I live life in a carefree way (I think), but really I don’t! I’m pretty fucking serious and my angels always give me a message to lighten up; don’t be so serious, have some fun. Allie explained, “Life is a game, we all die and when we do it doesn’t matter!” Ok, I’m making lightening up my 2020 goal!!
*Synergy. (I had no clue what this meant.) Here’s how she explained it: “Meat and potatoes are great, but once you throw them together, add some spices and broth and you’ve got stew!” Why didn’t my English teachers explain shit like this! I totally got it! Stew is fucking money! And she knew my next adventure was going to have synergy!
Lastly, I want to talk about the energy healing! This was nuts! First, she asked me if I was having a hard time keeping my house clean. Well, yes: I run a business, have a messy toddler, I’m lazy by 3 p.m. because it’s practically dark out and something’s gotta give, so cleaning is on the back burner. Which is why I’ve hired Haley Eddie to deep-clean the place top to bottom! This showed up in my energy, causing a block in my first chakra. A messy house does throw off my energy flow! Allie then moved up my chakra’s, clearing each while asking questions and clapping above my body along the way. I saw colors, felt movement in different parts of my body and, I’m not kidding, it felt as if my shoulders kept rolling back or opening. I was releasing shit! As she worked on my energy, I kept seeing yellow. I saw other colors, too, but yellow really stood out. I asked about this at the end. Ready for this? She said she kept seeing yellow, too and this was the energy of the baby girl we lost during the early part of this pregnancy. She had sunshine energy, she’s always around me and with her growing brother! OMG!! I couldn’t believe it. This made me so happy; what a joyful moment! Talk about healing!
I left the two-hour session feeling lighter, happier and ready to get my goals in motion for the coming year! I know I’ve got work to do while remembering to keep living it up!!!
